Butter Chicken


Just Add

500g Chicken
3 Tomatoes (200g)
1 Cup Milk (300ml)
100g Cream


1. Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with 4 tbsp oil and 1 pack of Nimkish Butter Chicken Spice Mix. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large pan and add marinated chicken pieces and sauté on medium heat until tender. Put 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and sauté until oil separates.
3. Add 1 cup (300ml) milk, 100g cream and keep on stirring on high heat till it boils. Then, close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or till curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Tip: For sweeter curry add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup while adding cream & milk.
