Chicken Korma

Just Add

500g Chicken
200g Yogurt
100g Cream

Recipe

1. Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with 2 tbsp oil, 200g yogurt and 1 pack of Nimkish Chicken Korma Spice Mix. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and add the marinated chicken. Cook on low heat until the water dries and oil separates. Now add 1 cup (300ml) water and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender.
3. On high heat, add 100g cream and continue stirring till it boils. Let it simmer for 5 minutes or till the curry is of desired consistency. Serve with rice, naan or chapatti.
