Creamy Chicken

Just Add

500g Chicken
1 Cup Milk
100g Cream
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe

1. Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the chicken on medium heat until brown.
2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup milk with 1 pack of Nimkish Creamy Chicken Spice Mix. Add it to the pan & cook on medium heat till the milk is reduced to half.
3. Put 100g cream in the pan and keep stirring till it boils. Now, cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp butter and give it a stir.
Serve with onion rings and bread.
