Dum Aloo

Just Add

250g Potatoes
3 Tomatoes (200g)
4 tbsp Cream 

Recipe

1. Cut 250g potatoes into medium sized pieces. In a pan, fry or sauté the potatoes in 4-5 tbsp oil, till golden brown and keep aside.
 2. In the same pan, put some more oil (if required) and add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes with 1 pack of Nimkish Dum Aloo Spice Mix and sauté on medium heat till oil separates.
3. Add 1 cup water (300ml) and fried potatoes to the pan. Once it boils turn to low heat, cover with lid and cook for 5-10 minutes or till the potatoes are tender.
4. Add 4 tbsp cream and stir well, cover with lid and cook on low heat for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with butter and fresh coriander.

Tip: Use baby potatoes for more authentic dish.
