Fish Curry

Just Add

500g Fish
½ Lemon
50g Yogurt
3 Tomatoes (200g)
1 Cup Coconut Milk (300ml)


1. Rub a pinch of salt and ½ lemon juice to 500g fish pieces. After 15 – 20 minutes, gently wash the fish and drain excess water.
2. In a frying pan, heat 6 tbsp oil and shallow fry fish pieces for 5 minutes on medium heat. Place the fish on absorbent kitchen paper and set aside.
3. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes, 50g yogurt and 1 pack of Nimkish Fish Curry Spice Mix and saute till oil separates.
4. Add 1 cup (300ml) coconut milk and keep stirring till it boils. Now add fried fish pieces to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes till gravy is of desired consistency.
Fish curry is ready to serve with rice or bread.
