Kadai Chicken

500g Chicken
3 Tomatoes (200g)
1 Capsicum
1 Onion


1. Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with 4 tbsp oil and 1 pack of Nimkish Kadai Chicken Spice Mix. Keep aside for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken pieces for 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat. Add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and continue to sauté for 5 minutes until oil separates. Put 3/4th cup (200 ml) water and stir. Then, cover with lid and cook on low heat until desired consistency.
3. Once the chicken is done, add 1 medium sized diced capsicum and onion to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute on high heat, cover with lid and let it stand for few minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with naan or roti.
