Shahi Paneer

200g Paneer
100g Cream
1 cup Milk (300ml)

Recipe

1. In a bowl, put 1 cup milk (300ml), 100g cream and 1 pack of Nimkish Shahi Paneer Spice Mix. Mix it well.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat. Pour the contents of the bowl to the pan and continue stirring till the curry boils.
3. Add 200g paneer cubes and cover with lid. Let it simmer for 5 – 10 minutes or until curry is of desired consistency.
Garnish with dry fruits and fresh coriander.

Tip: For slightly sweet curry, add 1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup in the first step.
